Be very sure that you want to purchase your item before you place your order. Again, once you have placed your order and made payment, there are no cancellations accepted or refunds given. Your gown or other item will be completed and shipped to you.

Please note that all gowns will come edge finished but not hemmed.

Important: If we contact you regarding new measurements, we will need that request filled as soon as possible, so we can proceed with your order.

We will do everything possible to make sure your item gets to you on time, but we do need your cooperation in order to achieve that goal.

Shipping
Your gown will be shipped to you upon completion, after the final payment is received and your check has cleared your bank. We ship via US Postal Service only.

After you receive your gown, it may need to be pressed after being folded in a box for its trip to you. It is strongly recommended that you have your new gown pressed only by a professional; such as a dry-cleaner, or another professional seamstress. Normal wear and tear will occur as you use your gown. Once Upon A Time Gowns is under no obligation to repair or guarantee repairs to gown after it leaves Once Upon A Time Gowns.

Please have a friend help you with your measurements, as your gown will be made to fit the provided measurements. We really do need your actual measurements. We can't guarantee proper fit when your measurements are improperly taken.

Once Upon A Time Gowns will not be responsible for altering gowns when measurements are incorrectly taken. It is our policy not to offer refunds on any gown, as these are custom made garments.

Something to remember: All clothing is constructed with something called "wearing ease", which is the amount above the actual measurement allowed for ease of movement by the wearer. Any garment constructed to your exact measurement would not allow for ease of movement and that is why your finished garment will not measure to your exact measurement, but will include room for ease of movement for you.
